Kelvin is a ‘Cognitive Behavioural Therapist’ who has worked within an NHS IAPT service for several years and more recently privately and for a leading national EAP provider. He is also the founder of Hands Up Therapy, a new approach to help with managing emotions.
Kelvin has worked in mental health and healthcare for over a decade, previously as a nutritional consultant and personal trainer and also a Youth Worker and is the author of a book titled ‘5000 hours in therapy’ which will be released very soon.
