Processing of Personal Data

For the provision of the Software, including collecting personal and financial details required to source and apply for mortgage products. The duration of the Processing shall be the Term of this Agreement.

Data Subjects

End Customers who have requested mortgage services and / or wealth protection advice.

Purposes of Processing

To comply with obligations to the Client under this Agreement, and to provide the Software, Services and associated services to the Client and its End Customers.

For security purposes to identify the End Customers.

Categories of Data

Name, address, email, telephone number(s), gender, marital status, criminal record details, salary, employment status, tax status, smoker status, occupation, date of birth, buy to let details, bridging load details, dependents names and date of birth, income, adverse financials, credit history, nationality, outgoing, credit commitments, current account provider, mortgage portfolio data, property details, financial outgoings, existing mortgage details and any other personal data deemed relevant by the Client in the provision of advice to End Customers.

Sensitive / Special Categories of Data

Health data, which may include weight, height, BMI, measurements, state of health, lifestyle information or choices (including around drug and alcohol intake), accessibility requirements and information to support and manage customer vulnerability.

Instructions

MST shall process the Personal Data only in accordance with the Client’s written instructions and the terms of this Agreement.
