Financial Details and Wealth Datasets
A new ‘Policy – Investments’ dataset is now available through the FINPLAN Bulk Interface. This data can subsequently be used in external Business intelligence (BI) tools.

More Information on Client Mortgages Page
The table on the Mortgages page within Client records has been enhanced to include Start Date, Initial Rate Expiry Date, Mortgage Type, and Review Date. This makes it easier for users to identify the Mortgage Policy that they are working on.
‘Dependant On’ Field Renamed to ‘Related To’
Within Client > Client Details > Family & Dependants, the ‘Dependant On’ field has been renamed to ‘Related To’.
Solution Documents Sent via Email Now Include Email Signature
When selecting a product and clicking ‘Send Documents’ within a solution, the email generated is now in HTML format rather than Plain Text format and will therefore support the inclusion of Email Signatures.
Bug Fixes
‘Client Source’ Field Not Displaying Information
When creating a Lead using our Web Enquiry Service (WES) API or by using the Lead CSV Import, if the value in the Enquiry Source field does not match a value configured in the Enquiry Source Manager, then the data is discarded at the first level that does not match.
The exception to this is where the enquiry source level has been marked with ‘Enable Custom Input’ in the Enquiry Source Manager, in which case, non-matching values can be accepted and stored.
Aviva OIH Bulk Valuations now automatically processed
With Aviva looking to stop support of the Aviva Bulk Valuation Service in the near future, the Aviva OIH Bulk Valuation Service, which offers transaction history as well as policy valuations, will now automatically process overnight.
With the Aviva OIH Bulk Valuation Service, policies can be updated to have the latest valuations and also display the history of transactions within the policy.
