Twenty7tec adds The Cumberland Building Society to SOURCE

We have added The Cumberland Building Society to our SOURCE module, giving advisers access to a broader range of mortgage products.

The Cumberland Building Society currently offer Holiday Let mortgages to the whole of the UK, as well as Residential lending to brokers located within their core operating area, including Cumbria (CA and LA postcodes), Southwest Scotland (all DG and TD9 postcodes), North Lancashire (all PR FY LA BB1-BB2 and BB5-BB7 postcodes) and West Northumberland (NE34-49). Their operating area will grow over time as they evolve their distribution strategy.
