Affordability (April Mortgages)
The system has been updated to correct a mapping issue when borrowing for a purchase linked to a client record. In addition, part and part repayment has been added as a valid repayment method, and the system mapping has been updated to utilize this instead of defaulting to capital repayment.
Affordability (Atom Bank)
The lender’s calculator needs at least one retirement income when applicants are of a certain age. We have now mapped income into the retirement section in the calculator.
